Audience Feedback response

Today, we showed our work to our classmates to get feedback on our music video. The responses were mixed, most were middle of the road responses, suggesting we have the performance and editing element, but could do with more locations and our narrative footage. We have not yet managed to film our narrative footage, as we aim to film it over half-term, so this has effected our score. Most of our class, said the music video would be more appealing to them with narrative, and had we have had it filmed and edited today, our score would have been higher and our video would have made more sense.  We aim to listen to the feedback, and take action as to gain the highest mark possible, come the end of the school year. We felt we needed to re-film some of the band scenes, and this has become apparent today, as we lack pace and variety of shots of Sam (the lead-singer). By re-filming, we will aim to gather more shots to make the video more interesting.

Some of our class, pointed out the fact that the band remain in the same location during performance and would like a change of location. Although, this is possible, it is not necessarily a convention of rock music videos, as band tend to play in the same location. However, we are not ruling out a second location for the band to play at.
